1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Levaras website or entering into a project agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Levaras provides creative technology services including but not limited to:

• Custom web design and development
• E-commerce development
• MVP and startup product development
• UI/UX design
• Digital strategy and consulting

The specific scope of services for any engagement is defined in a separate project brief or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Project Agreements & Payments

All projects are governed by a separate project brief or agreement that outlines deliverables, timeline, and pricing. The following payment terms apply unless otherwise specified in writing:

• A non-refundable advance/deposit is required before work begins. This secures your project slot and covers initial planning and design work.
• Remaining payments are structured around project milestones as defined in the project brief.
• Final deliverables are released only upon receipt of the full outstanding balance.
• Invoices not paid within the agreed period may result in work being paused or terminated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work product created specifically for your project is transferred to you. The following exceptions apply:

• Levaras retains the right to display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
• Any third-party tools, libraries, frameworks, or licensed assets used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses.
• Levaras proprietary code, internal tools, and templates remain the property of Levaras.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

The scope of work is defined in the agreed project brief. Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Any work that falls outside the original scope — including additional features, design changes, or platform migrations — will be assessed separately and billed at our standard rates. We will always communicate scope changes before proceeding.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and access credentials promptly.
• Respond to review requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days).
• Communicate feedback clearly and consolidate revision rounds.

Delays caused by the client may result in timeline extensions and/or additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Levaras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Levaras in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during a project engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and unreleased product details. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your engagement with Levaras shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
